Bonnechere Manor Newsletter

The Manor Banner provides interesting news related to the Home, coverage of recent events and highlights of Residents and staff. Recently revived, the Newsletter is a cooperative effort that involves a Resident Editor, a local High School Group and a coordinating staff member. Bonnechere Manor is very pleased that sponsorship is provided by business organizations that deal with us on a regular basis. Submissions to the Newsletter are welcomed and encouraged.

Resident and Family Feedback Sessions

We believe that Residents and Families must have a voice in the management of this facility and their care.

On a Regular basis, Resident Council meetings are held the first week of every month to allow Residents to voice any concerns, complaints or challenges they may have. In the event a concern requires further review, aside from the immediate department level, the Resident Complaint Procedure is available. These meetings are also a great forum to inform Residents about upcoming events and programs. Everyone is encouraged to attend.

Meet & Greet sessions are held every two weeks to welcome new Residents to Bonnechere Manor.

In addition, the Family Council Group offers support and education to family members. This group meets on a monthly basis, in the evening, and brings in guest speakers of special interest to families.
