For over 15 years The Bonnechere Manor Senior/Adult Day Program has been providing a “Day Away” for Seniors and Adults in the community. With Day Program sites in Renfrew and Cobden, Bonnechere Manor is dedicated to serving the Renfrew County Community. The program provides structured and supervised social and recreational activities that are both meaningful and entertaining for individuals. These activities contribute to supporting individuals in their own homes by assisting them to function at their optimum level and remain living in the community. For those who live alone, the program prevents loneliness, isolation and boredom. Individuals who are caring for a senior/adult in the home setting need caregiver support, which is accommodated through the program. The caregiver can rest assured that their loved one is being cared for in a supportive environment through caring staff members.
