In 2013 one of the key priorities for the Human Resources Department is to provide support for the new County of Renfrew strategic plan. The strategic plan sets the operating priorities for County staff and Elected for the coming years.
The other major initiatives for 2013 will be firming up our corporate health and wellness program by aligning our corporate wide activities – like health promotion, disability management, benefit plan design and leadership approaches.
2013 is shaping up to be another challenging year and it is my department’s role to assist others in achieving success.
Human Resources staff are available to consult on a variety of workplace initiatives. Our portfolio ranges from health and wellness programs to media promotion to one on one counseling or group training. At the core of our services is the expectation that all people will be treated with dignity and respect.
