Social Services - Child Care
(Full Time Contract – 1 Year Term)

Reporting to the Manager of Child Care Services, the Child Care Facilitator will communicate with families, licensed child care agencies and professionals to facilitate the integration of a child, diagnosed with a special need, into a licensed child care centre.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with children with special needs
• Post secondary education in Early Childhood Education
• Knowledge of the Day Nurseries Act and other relevant legislation
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• A current driver’s license and use of car

Compensation: $20.80 – $23.73 per hour.
