SEALED PROPOSALS on forms supplied by the County of Renfrew Bonnechere Manor Long-Term Care Home and placed in sealed envelopes, will be received until 10:00 a.m. local time, May 9, 2024 for the following: RFQ BM-2024-04 – The County of Renfrew is requesting tenders to provide all labour, material and equipment for seasonal snow removal and grounds maintenance at Bonnechere Manor, 470 Albert Street, Renfrew, ON. Companies that wish to submit a proposal for this contract must registered with Bonnechere Manor and attend a mandatory site visit scheduled April 25, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. If the Home is declared in an outbreak status, the site visit may need to be rescheduled. Proposals submitted by unregistered bidders will not be accepted. Faxed submissions will not be accepted. Expression of Interest – Certified Plumbers and Certified Asbestos Contractors |
The County of Renfrew Real Estate Division is seeking Expressions of Interest from certified Plumbers and Asbestos Contractors who may be interested in working within the County’s portfolio. Spanning across the County of Renfrew, the Real Estate Division operates and maintains multiple facilities and over 1,000 County-owned housing-units consisting of town homes, row houses and apartments. As part of its ongoing maintenance we are seeking Expressions of Interest to establish an active list of contractors to call upon in the event there is a requirement to have works completed.
