In today's fast paced environment it is too easy to forget that our employees have lives outside the work environment. The management of the County of Renfrew believes it offers a professional working environment that promotes an appropriate work/life balance. Human Resources staff are available to consult on a variety of workplace initiatives. Our portfolio ranges from health and wellness programs to media promotion to one on one counseling or group training.
