County Of Renfrew Social Services Office Moving In Arnprior

New Site At 80 McGonigal Street Will Provide All Services To Local Clients

Pembroke, (ON): The Ontario Works Division, Child Care Division and Renfrew County Housing Corporation will be moving into the new facilities at 80 McGonigal Street, Arnprior on Tuesday, February 26, 2013, and be fully operational on February 27, 2013.  David Anderson, Social Services Director for the County of Renfrew, assures all current and future clients that there will be no disruption of services during this transition. “All programs and services administered by staff of the three Divisions (Ontario Works, Childcare, and the operations of Renfrew County Housing Corporation) will continue uninterrupted during this move. We are looking forward to servicing our clients at our new centralized location.”

Whitewater Region Mayor Don Rathwell, Chair of the Social Services Committee, is looking forward to the opening of the new building. “The new Social Services Building at 80 McGonigal Street will centralize all our services for Arnprior and area residents. The new building will also be totally accessible to all individuals who need to use the services contained within the building. County staff has gone to great lengths to ensure that the building meets all the requirements of our clients.”
