Seven young entrepreneurs will grow their businesses this summer

Introducing the 2026 Summer Company Participants


 

Pembroke, ON: Celebrating youth entrepreneurship, Enterprise Renfrew County proudly presents this year's Summer Company Program participants; seven ambitious students turning their business dreams into reality across Renfrew County.

Introducing Riverscout Clay, by Nadia DeCarle from Pembroke, offering handmade pottery items for pets and their owners; Shine my Clubs, by Hudson Warner from Pembroke, offering golf club and equipment detailing and maintenance services; Green Thumb, by Bronwynn Dick from Admaston/Bromley Township, offering weeding, watering, planting and harvesting of gardens; Moore Volleyball, by Kelsea Moore from Whitewater Region Township, offering private and group volleyball sessions; Red Pine Woodworks, by Rusty Stuart from North Algona Wilberforce Township, offering custom wood-working projects; Garden Palette Goods, by Evelyn Finan from Whitewater Region Township, offering handcrafted nature-inspired art and thematic treats; and Addie Made, by Adelaid Lomore-Beaupre of Laurentian Valley Township, offering handmade crafts, including knitted items, clay art, custom-painted creations, and keychains.

The Summer Company program is pleased to recognize Perri-Rae Boell & Associates Inc. as the generous sponsor of this year's program. Residents and visitors can meet these inspiring young entrepreneurs at vendor events across the region this summer. Their creativity, ambition, and hard work will be on full display as they share their products and grow their businesses.

The Summer Company Program empowers students, aged 15 to 29, to launch their own businesses, foster entrepreneurial skills and provides crucial startup funding. Participants receive up to $1,500 initially after completing training, with the potential for an additional $1,500 based on their summer business performance.
