Sealed tenders, plainly marked as to contents, will be received by Mr. Matthew Remus, 725 Pembroke Street West, Pembroke, Ontario, K8A 8S6, until:

10:00 AM, LOCAL TIME MONDAY AUGUST 31, 2026.

 Remove three hydronic heating boilers, associated circulators, venting, piping, exhaust fan, controls, and lighting/electrical equipment as needed. Supply and install three new boilers complete with circulators, venting, piping, controls, and electrical connections.

A MANDATORY SITE VISIT WILL BE HELD AT 10:00 AM, LOCAL TIME THURSDAY AUGUST 20, 2026 @ 725 PEMBROKE STREET WEST, MIRAMICHI LODGE.

Complete tender documents may be obtained digitally from Jp2g Consultants Inc., by emailing their office as noted below, after 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, August 12, 2026.   An email will be returned with the link and password where the documents, drawings and any future addenda may be retrieved.

ELECTRONIC SUBMISSIONS for VARIOUS ASPHALT PATCHING & ROADWAY WIDENING in the
Townships of Horton and McNab Braeside, within the County of Renfrew, submitted to the
County of Renfrew Public Works and Engineering (the “Department”) must be received by 2:00
p.m. local time on September 17th, 2026 in one of the following ways:

(i) by email to the Public Works and Engineering Department’s designated email account
for tenders/quotations/proposals: pwtenders@countyofrenfrew.on.ca.

The subject line of the email shall clearly indicate the Contract Number and Tender
Name (PWC-2026-41 Various Asphalt Patching and Roadway Widening).

(ii) drop off or by courier addressed to Taylor Hanrath, P. Eng., Director of Public Works and
Engineering, Corporation of the County of Renfrew, 9 International Drive, Pembroke,
Ontario, K8A 6W5, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Any courier
deliveries on the date of the close of tender, being September 17th , 2026, must be
delivered to the aforementioned address by 2:00 p.m.

It is recommended that the sender obtain delivery confirmation of couriered
documents. The County of Renfrew will not be responsible for any lost, late, or
undelivered tenders.

The County of Renfrew will not be responsible for late submissions.

Electronic PDF files of the plans, specifications and tender form are available for download free
of charge for registered bidders. Hard copy plans, Specifications and Tender forms may be
obtained from the Department for a non-refundable fee of One hundred (100) Dollars.

There will be no public tender opening, unofficial results will be available by email.

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted, and the County of Renfrew reserves
the right to award any portion of the work or none of the work.
