ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION for the Goshen Patrol Storage Sheds A&B Cladding and Repair, submitted to the County of Renfrew Public Works and Engineering Department (the “Department”), must be received by 2:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, to pwtenders@countyofrenfrew.on.ca
The County of Renfrew will not be responsible for late submissions.
A mandatory site meeting will be held on Monday July 6, 2026, located at 1460 Lochwinnoch Road, Renfrew ON – 1:30 p.m.
Electronic PDF files of the plans, specifications, and tender forms are available for download free of charge for registered bidders. Hard copy plans, specifications and tender forms may be obtained from the Department for a non-refundable fee of One Hundred (100) Dollars.
There will be no public tender opening; unofficial results will be emailed to contractors which submitted a bid.
The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted, and the County of Renfrew reserves the right to award any quantity of the items tendered or none at all.
Tender Document Requests
Contractors requesting tender documents shall email pwtenders@countyofrenfrew.on.ca using the subject line:
"PWO-2026-01 – Tender Document Request"
Contractors are responsible for ensuring their request has been successfully received by the County. Failure to obtain tender documents due to unsuccessful email transmission shall not constitute grounds for extending submission deadlines or challenging the procurement process.
Email Submissions and Requests
Contractors requesting tender documents, submitting quotations, or otherwise communicating through the Public Works Tenders email account are solely responsible for ensuring that their correspondence has been successfully transmitted and received by the County. The County assumes no responsibility for emails that are delayed, filtered, blocked by spam protection systems, misdirected, corrupted, or
otherwise not received by the Real Estate Tenders email account prior to the applicable deadline.
Contractors are encouraged to request confirmation of receipt from the County. Failure to obtain such confirmation shall not relieve the Contractor of responsibility for ensuring that requests for documents, questions, or bid submissions have been received.
The County reserves the right to reject any submission not received by the closing time and date specified in the tender documents, regardless of the reason for non-delivery.
