General Information
1. This submission is for the supply and delivery of two (2) Ontario certified Emergency Response Vehicle (ERVs).
2. Submissions are to be received by email to Dave Libby, (A) Deputy Chief-Planning and Logistics, dlibby@countyofrenfrew.on.ca, and copied to Glenn Villeneuve gvilleneuve@countyofrenfrew.on.ca no later than 4:00 pm on Friday, January 24th, 2025.
3. Award may not be considered if the product on which a price is submitted, does not meet all the requirements specified.
4. Promised delivery date will be considered in the awarding this contract.
5. Award is subject to budget, council approval and is the sole discretion of the County of Renfrew.
6. These specifications only list the major details of a unit; therefore, it is the supplier's responsibility to deliver fully equipped vehicles with components that comply with these specifications in all aspects and provide dependable, efficient service. Where minimums are called for, the vehicles/equipment must meet or exceed the capacity, size and performance specified.
7. Vehicles must meet the provisions of the Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Act and the Regulations made there under, which are in effect on the date of manufacturing of each vehicle.
8. Vehicles must be certified and meet the requirements for an ERV (Emergency Response Vehicle) under the Ontario Provincial Land Ambulance and Emergency Response Vehicle Standard version 6.1.
9. Quoted units must comply with the following specifications in all aspects.

Bonnechere Manor Long-Term Care Home in Renfrew, Ontario is requesting quotations for the supply and installation of a 100lb Commercial Dryer.

The County of Renfrew (hereinafter the "County") requires the services of a qualified consultant to undertake a study:

a) to conduct a non union salary review for approximately 300 staff and the associated 17 salary groups which is reflective of current labour market conditions and comparator municipalities.

The Project involves a number of key elements detailed in this Request for Proposal (“RFP”).  It is expected that the draft Compensation Report be presented to Corporate Services Committee of County Council in September 2026.

The selected Consultant will be one that has demonstrated experience in the preparation of compensation reviews.

This Request for Proposal provides the detail on what is required to submit a proposal, how the County of Renfrew will evaluate the proposal, and any specifications and qualifications to provide the goods and/or service.
