Benefits of Licensed Home Child Care

• Child Care Providers receive ongoing guidance from Registered Early Childhood Educators
• All Child Care Providers must possess a clear Vulnerable Sector Check, a Family and Children’s Services background character check, and a current Standard First Aid & Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certificate
• Each home is regulated by the Child Care and Early Years Act, 2014
• Fee subsidies may be available for families who qualify
• Active indoor and outdoor play, rest, and nutritious snacks/meals incorporated into their daily routine
• Various homes available throughout Renfrew County
• Low child to adult ratio (maximum of six children)
