Seven young entrepreneurs will run their own businesses this summer

Pembroke, ON: Celebrating youth entrepreneurship, Enterprise Renfrew County proudly presents this year's Summer Company Program participants; seven ambitious students turning their business dreams into reality across Renfrew County.

Introducing Paiges Projex by Paige Hodgson (Arnprior) offering handmade crochet clothing; Nellart Commissions by Nella Rosandic (Killaloe) offering custom-designed stickers and buttons; Moose 3D Printing by Hunter Prince (Horton) offering custom 3D printing projects; Sprout Wings by Jazmin Clark (Pembroke) offering Pottery and ceramic art; Wisdom By Words by Noah O’Brien (Barry’s Bay) offering Inspirational clothing apparel; Manny’s Mowing by Emmanuel Young (Arnprior) offering lawn care services; NoorHenna by Minnah Rehan (Arnprior) offering Henna tattooing and accessories.

Meet these inspiring young entrepreneurs on July 27, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the beautiful Waba Cottage Museum & Gardens in White Lake (Township of McNab/Braeside) for a special mid-season feature taking place at HerbFest.

The Summer Company Program empowers students aged 15 to 29 to launch their own businesses, fosters entrepreneurial skills and provides crucial startup funding. Participants receive up to $1,500 initially after completing training, with the potential for an additional $1,500 based on their summer business performance.

Enterprise Renfrew County is a non-profit government organization funded by the Government of Ontario, County of Renfrew, Town of Renfrew and the City of Pembroke. Its mandate is to encourage and contribute to the enterprising spirit and economic development of Renfrew County by assisting entrepreneurs with the development of new or existing companies. The Summer Company Program is delivered by Enterprise Renfrew County on behalf of the Government of Ontario.
